and I’m thrilled you’re here!

I wholeheartedly believe every moment of this journey is better shared. One of my favorite things in life is connecting with amazing women - to share our experiences and cheer each other on. That’s why I keep this little corner of the internet alive. You can find my more formal bio here, but in this space, I really just want to get to know you as a friend.

My best mornings start with a great cup of coffee and scripture. Everything about life is better with these two things front and center. I’m a Texas-girl who craves the mountains, so I escape there whenever I can (not often enough). More than 15 years ago, I married my high school sweetheart, David, who is the worship pastor at our church, Brazos Pointe Fellowship. Somehow, through a lot of ups and downs, we’ve created a whole life south of Houston where we live next door to my parents on the street where I grew up. Our home is hard-working and lived in, as evidenced by the never-ending pile of shoes left by our backdoor and the kitchen sink that’s never empty. We are raising two little women whose energy and zeal for life keep us constantly on our toes. We are big fans of breakfast tacos, chips and queso, and real estate (we love a doing a good flip or launching a fun short-term rental!).

I’ve gotten to be a part of starting a handful of ministries and businesses - True to Life Ministries, Refresh Boutique, Integrus Leadership, plus a farmers market and a coffee shop. And, I’ve been in nonprofit leadership for almost two decades. It’s my joy to serve leaders from ministries across the country through my work with Integrus, and to travel to share scripture at events, retreats, and conferences.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping people get unstuck personally, professionally, and in their faith journeys. So, my hope is you’ll find encouragement here along with super practical insights and resources that spark new insight or help in some way.
